Job description

We are seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide specialized postoperative care in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• include managing active recovery, step-down, and floor patient care, advocating for patients, and ensuring smooth recovery transitions.

Qualifications

• include a current RN license in the appropriate state, at least one year of acute nursing experience, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Education

• requirements involve graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for a Bachelor’s Degree. If licensure has been inactive for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher course and application for reinstatement are necessary.

Skills

• include high-functioning, ability to handle a high volume of cases (80-110 operating room cases daily), and active involvement in patient recovery.
