Job summary

MEP Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality inpatient care in Post-Anesthesia Care Units, including Pediatric, General PACU, and specialized surgical units. You will assess, monitor, and care for post-surgery patients, manage pain and airway, and support families.

Responsibilities include direct patient care across ages, care plan implementation, and medication administration while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN license in the state or reciprocal agreement.
  • CPR/BLS certification (obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, bilingual skills, and specialty certification.

  • Providing direct patient care across diverse age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
  • Implementing and documenting individualized care plans.
  • Assisting with tests, procedures, and emergency responses.
  • Administering medications following safety protocols.
  • Participating in orientation, mentoring new staff, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring patient safety standards.
