Job summary

TALENT Software Services invites an experienced Registered Nurse to join the PACU, Pre-Op, and Phase 2 teams at a leading acute care teaching hospital in Saint Paul, MN. You will provide expert perioperative care across two hospital locations.

The role requires 1–2 years of PACU/Pre-Op/Phase 2 experience, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and Epic experience, with a 3x12-hour shift schedule and 1:1 patient ratios. Float between the Main Hospital and Day Surgery Center as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the PACU, Pre-Op, and Phase 2 teams at a leading acute care teaching hospital in Saint Paul, MN. The RN will support patients across two locations within the same hospital system: the Main Hospital and the Day Surgery Center.

Position Details

• Specialty: PACU / Pre-Op / Phase 2 RN
• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts
• Shift Start Times: 5:30 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, or 11:00 AM
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Experience Required: 1-2 years
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Weekend Requirement: As needed based on unit needs
• Call Requirement: None
• Block Scheduling: Not available
• Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius
• Pending License: Accepted
• RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Floating: Yes — clinicians may float within their scope between the Main Hospital and Day Surgery Center
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty
