Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for part-time night shifts in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role requires a minimum of one year of RN experience and offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus through September 30, 2026. Referral eligible and location differential apply.

You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help educate patients and families while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires current Indiana RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: candidates with >2 years of acute care experience may be considered subject to review by CNO.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification (AHA).
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role. This position is also referral eligible.

Hours: Part Time 11a-11:30p M-F (rotating 2 12s) 16-24 hours call. One holiday/year.

This position is referral eligible and qualifies for a location differential.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
