Job summary

Indiana University Health Paoli, a Critical Access hospital serving Orange County, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses. Open roles are part-time or full-time, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus available through 9/30/2026. The unit features 18 semi-private beds, 24/7 Respiratory Care, Radiology, and Telemedicine.

Must hold an Indiana RN license or NLC, and have an accredited nursing degree. ANCC Pathway to Excellence facility, dedicated to a positive practice environment.

Qualifications

• Requires an ASN; BSN preferred.
• Requires an active RN license in the state of Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
• Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: candidates with >2 years of acute care experience may be considered per CNO review.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department policies.

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Active RN license (Indiana or NLC)

Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)

Qualifications:

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
