UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our caring team. You will provide holistic patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary plans, and ensure safe, effective treatment in a fast-paced environment.

• Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Job Description:
