Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Franklin, TN seeks a skilled perioperative nurse to provide immediate post-operative care for surgical patients in the Women’s and Children’s PACU. You will monitor airway, neurological, and cardiac status, manage wounds, document patient conditions, educate families, and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to promote safe recovery.
