Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-time PACU Nurse to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care in a patient-first surgical setting in Lebanon, Tennessee. You will ensure vigilant monitoring and rapid response to changes in patient status, delivering safe, compassionate care.

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams, you will manage pain, identify complications, and maintain clear communication with patients and families, following all safety protocols

Competenze

• Registered nurse with PACU or post-anesthesia care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient needs.
• Proficient in evidence-based nursing practice and safety-focused care delivery.
• Excellent teamwork and communication across perioperative teams.

• Monitor surgical patients during recovery and assess vital signs, consciousness, airway, and overall status.
• Manage pain and identify/prevent and respond to post-anesthesia complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams to support safe, evidence-based care.
• Deliver compassionate, clear communication to patients and families.
• Adhere to patient safety standards and clinical protocols throughout the PACU stay.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN with PACU or post-anesthesia care experience and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Sound judgment, quick response to clinical changes, and ability to prioritize patient needs.
• Proficient in evidence-based nursing practice and safety-focused care delivery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across interdisciplinary perioperative teams.
