Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Overnights for the Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. You will provide overnight medical care and support to residents aged 12-21, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing services.

You'll join a mission-driven team focused on safety, treatment, and positive outcomes, with opportunities for growth and professional development within a non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida RN license and two years of medical services administration experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background screening, drug test, and physical required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in related health care field.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight nursing care for residents at Tampa Bay Girls Academy.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for youth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive services.

Position pays up to $73,000.00 annually!

Tampa Bay Girls Academy -Multiple co-located secure residential commitment programs serving high-risk and maximum risk female youth aged 12-21. These programs use evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

To be considered you should:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred in related health care field.
• Possess a current Florida Registered Nursing license and have two years of previous medical services administration.
• Be able to pass a background screening, drug test, and physical.
