Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the overnight team at St. Johns in Springfield, Minnesota.

The RN will conduct health assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans for geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM–5:00 AM), a $5 shift differential, and opportunities for extra hours. MN RN license and BSN preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential to advocate for patients and document

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' conditions and implement nursing interventions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team at St. Johns in Springfield Minnesota. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our geriatric population in a long-term care setting. Your primary focus will be on conducting health assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs. You will also be an advocate for our patients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of nursing care possible.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Every third weekend and rotating holidays
• $5.00 added shift differential
• Opportunity for additional hours as available

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of MN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
