Job summary
St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield, Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for overnight shifts. You will provide quality patient care, monitor safety, and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards in our long-term care community.
You will assist with daily living activities and ensure compassionate care for residents. The role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 12-hour shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, a $5.00 shift differential, every third weekend and rotating holidays,

- Active LPN license in MN

- Experience with electronic medical records
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience with wound care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
$5.00 added shift differential
