Registered Nurse - Outpatient Wound Care Center

The Nurse provides independent, competent care in a specialized clinical setting, handling both routine and complex patient needs.

• Practices according to ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, tailoring care accordingly.
• Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitors for side effects, and documents care and patient history.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources and issues.
• Demonstrates leadership skills consistent with competency standards, managing contingencies and delegating appropriately.

Requirements include a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license. The shift is from 7PM to 7AM, full-time.
