This is an exciting opportunity for a triage RN who works well independently. The position is located at IU Health West in Avon, IN, within an IU Health Medical Group multi-specialty clinic. It is ideal for nurses who enjoy a challenging environment, responsible for telephone triage, patient assessment, planning, and education for Nephrology patients, ensuring quality care while liaising between providers and patients.

Full-time days, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends, no holidays, no on-call duties.

• Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active RN license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.
• Additional advanced life support certifications may be required based on unit/department policies.
• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction may be required.
• Understanding of legal implications of patient care activities as a Registered Nurse.
