Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join the Caregiver Health Services outpatient clinic at Providence Health and Services. This role involves providing clinical support for caregiver employees in a fast-paced, weekday outpatient setting. Flexibility, professionalism, and outpatient clinical experience are key to success.
Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and take vital signs
Perform medication reconciliations and interpret laboratory results
Collect specimens (capillary, throat, urine, venipuncture), label accurately
Set up and assist with minor procedures using aseptic/sterile techniques
Triage patient phone calls and manage refill requests
Document using the clinic's charting system (Any EMR system proficiency required)
Follow up with patients as needed
May float between nearby facilities (Queen of the Valley and St. Joseph Eureka)
1 year of outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory RN experience
Active California RN license (must be active at submission; no pending)
Must be open to floating to nearby clinic facilities
No local candidates; travel nurses only
Must submit all RTO requests up front (max 1 holiday off)

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience in outpatient, family care, urgent care, or internal medicine settings
License:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in California (required)
