Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Nurse to support our Musculoskeletal program within the Medical Imaging department. This is a temporary outpatient role covering maternity leave, with responsibilities focused on patient care coordination, pre- and post-procedural support, and clinical collaboration within the imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with outpatient procedures and patient care within the Musculoskeletal program
• Coordinate care before and after imaging procedures
• Monitor patient responses and communicate findings to the care team
• Support providers and technologists during medical imaging evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and clinical guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or Compact State
• Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient or clinical nursing experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in musculoskeletal, radiology, or procedural outpatient settings

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• Start Date: ASAP – to cover maternity leave starting 5/24
• Duration: Approximately 3 months (Late May through August, potentially until after Labor Day)
