Position Details:

• Schedule: 7:00pm-7:30am, 36 hours/week; every third weekend & holiday rotation
• Location: Henry Ford Rochester, Rochester, MI

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care according to policies, procedures, and protocols
• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition
• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
• Follow physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse credential from the Michigan Board of Nursing (required prior to hire)
