UCSF Health is seeking a skilled RN for the operating room to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment. The role requires hands-on OR experience in general surgery, orthopedics, neuro, OHNS, GU, GYN, and related areas, with proficiency in robotic and open/laparoscopic techniques.

Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating duties, handling call requirements, and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years recent Adult Operating Room (OR) RN clinical experience.
• Proficiency in open, laparoscopic and intuitive robotic surgery.
• Proficiency in scrubbing surgical procedures.
• Proficiency in circulating duties; call required.
• Experience in General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro, OHNS, GU, GYN, Breast/Plastics, Endoscopy.
• Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Health locations.
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and general PC knowledge.
