Beacon Specialized Living in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to coordinate medical care for individuals with complex needs. You will administer medications, complete assessments, and collaborate with physicians and DSPs.

Formación

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Typically 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered.
• Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns.
• Educate and support Direct Support Professionals on medical care and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams; ensure regulatory compliance.

• Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
