Job summary

Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our long-term care team. We offer sign-on bonuses ($10,000 for RNs, $7,500 for LPNs) and flexible full-time or part-time positions.

As a nurse, you will provide resident-centered care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to promote health, comfort, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Commitment to providing quality care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Supervise and support CNAs as part of the resident care team
