Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Maine is seeking a Registered Nurse for a fast-paced OR role at our Orthopedic Surgery Center. You will prepare the OR, assist surgeons, scrub in, pass instruments, monitor vitals, and document care.

The position is full-time, 36 hours per week. Maine license or eligible, BLS/ACLS required, CNOR preferred; teamwork, calm under pressure, and dedication to patient safety are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in Maine or eligible for licensure.
• Experience in a surgical setting with scrubbing.
• BLS/ACLS certifications; CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and ensure supplies/equipment are ready.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiology staff during procedures.
• Scrub in and pass instruments during surgery.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and well-being throughout the procedure.
• Maintain documentation and uphold safety/infection control standards.
