Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide perioperative care in a busy operating room. This 13-week contract includes 5 eight-hour day shifts starting at 7:00 am, with occasional 10:30 am starts, in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include circulating and scrub duties, pre- and intra-operative assessments, infection control, equipment readiness, and collaboration with surgical, anesthesia, and support teams to ensure safe, efficient cases.

Qualifications

  • Minnesota RN license or MN temporary permit required.
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and intraoperative nursing care.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities within multidisciplinary teams.

  • Conduct pre-operative and intra-operative patient assessments.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention protocols.
