Soliant is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse in California for a 13-week contract. The role requires a current California RN license, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, and at least two years of OR experience with trauma exposure. A travel nurse background in OR is preferred.

Schedule options are two fixed 3x12 shifts with on-call duties included. Typical week is 36 hours with on-call rotations covering nights, weekends, and holidays; housing and meal benefits may be provided for eligible

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and surgical standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide OR nursing coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per best practices.

• Choose from two fixed 3x12s options:
  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• Call required (includes weekdays, weekends, nights, holidays)

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS certification
• At least 2 years of relevant Operating Room experience, including exposure to Level I or II trauma
• Minimum 1 year of travel nurse experience in the OR
• Demonstrated competency with orthopedic, trauma, and robotic procedures
• Completion of a skills checklist is required at the time of application

$2,812 - $3,060/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
