Job summary

Mercy seeks a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will uphold patient rights, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality care in line with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires an RN license in the hiring state, and completion of essential certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and BLS, with additional unit-specific credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
• ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS and other unit-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
