The role requires 2+ years of OR circulation experience, a valid NC license, BLS and ACLS, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Schedule runs 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with 1-2 on-call shifts weekly and a 30-minute call-back response time.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license or NC Compact license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
