RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation in Rutherfordton, NC. Shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 1–2 on-call shifts weekly; 30-minute response time for call-backs required.

Provide perioperative nursing care and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes. Required: NC license or Compact, BLS within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, ADN required (BS preferred), and 2+ years in Surgery/OR Circulation.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.

Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
