You will perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and ensure precise documentation. The position requires 2 years of OR experience, NC licensure, and BLS/ACLS within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulating RN roles.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator. In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. This is a mid-level position that requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD.
