ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator. You will be integral to delivering patient-centered perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with 1-2 on-call shifts per week. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 USD annually, plus comprehensive benefits and a signing bonus. A NC license with BLS and ACLS, and OR Circulator experience are required.

Formación

• Active NC license or Compact license to practice in NC.
• BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS within 90 days.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in Surgery/OR Circulating RN role.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team as a Circulator. In this role, you will be integral to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. This is a mid-level position that requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulating RN roles is required.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and some OB/GYN procedures is essential.

Work Hours:

Typical working hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 1-2 on-call shifts per week. A 30-minute call-back response is required.
