Job description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - 1Y/1ST TIMERS - Req 8427

Location: Kadlec Tri City Regional Surgical Center - Richland

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00) and Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:00)

Position Details: The position may float between units. Length of shift may alternate between 8 and 10 hours. No on-call, weekends, or block schedules required. Expected patient ratios are 1:1.

Compensation and Benefits: Overtime multiplier of 1.3% for 40 total hours/week. Call back and holiday pay at 1.3%. Observed holidays include New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, MLK, and Christmas, with specific timing details.
