Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Endoscopy for Texas Endoscopy. The role prepares patients, equipment and room for endoscopy procedures and assists physicians during procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

The position requires at least one year of endoscopy experience, Texas RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Endoscopy (GI).
• ACLS and BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing or eligible.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.

Registered Nurse Endoscopy at Texas Endoscopy:

The Registered Nurse Endoscopy prepares patients, equipment, and room for Endoscopy procedures. Assists physicians with Endoscopy procedures. Requires specialized knowledge, experience, and training for endoscope manipulation under the direction of the physician. Demonstrates fiscal responsibility and adherence to Center policies. Follows accepted standards, policies, and procedures for Endoscopy nursing care. Maintains current skills and knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and techniques. Provides multidimensional care for assigned patients. Work schedule: Monday–Friday only. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Endoscopy (GI)
• ACLS and BLS from American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Experience in endoscope manipulation under physician direction
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Currently licensed by the Board of Nursing Examiners of Texas
• General familiarity with medical terminology related to anatomy and procedures in an endoscopy procedure room
