Texas Endoscopy in Plano is seeking a Registered Nurse Endoscopy to prepare patients, equipment and rooms for endoscopy procedures and to assist physicians during procedures. The role requires specialized knowledge, experience, and training in endoscopy nursing care, with adherence to established standards and policies.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of GI endoscopy experience, current Texas RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS certification.

The Registered Nurse Endoscopy, prepares patients, equipment and room for Endoscopy procedures. Assists physicians with Endoscopy procedures. Specialized knowledge, experience and training is required for endoscope manipulation under the direction of the physician. Knows and adheres to policies of the Center and demonstrates fiscal responsibility. Follows standards, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for Endoscopy nursing care according to accepted standards. Maintains and demonstrates current skills and knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and techniques. Provides multi-dimensional care for assigned patients.
