Seeking an Operating Room RN within a 60-mile radius, responsible for working 8-hour evening shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call, for a 26-week period. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current NYS RN license, and completion of the Association of Operating Room Nursing Peri-operative 101 Education Program for those without recent OR experience. The ideal candidate will possess BLS certification (or obtain within 3 months) and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. ACLS certification is preferred, along with at least one year of medical/surgical experience and the ability to interpret lethal dysrhythmias in a high-stress environment.
