Remote Call Center Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist

This role involves delivering telephonic educational support to patients within a designated disease state, meeting all standards set by the company and Clinical Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Providing inbound or outbound non-promotional disease state education/support to identified customers
• Providing therapy education and support
• Collecting, confirming, and entering demographic data into the CRM system
• Maintaining high-quality customer service, adhering to call guides and FAQs
• Using only approved materials from Inizio or the client
• Completing all training, courses, and competency assessments within the required timeframe
• Handling administrative responsibilities like updates, emails, and time reporting
• Attending program meetings or conferences as required
• Adhering to all policies, procedures, and training
• Safeguarding patient privacy according to HIPAA guidelines
• Returning and maintaining company equipment as instructed

What do you need for this position?

• Current U.S. Healthcare professional license (RN, RT)
• Associate degree/Bachelor’s/BSN or equivalent experience
• Preferred minimum of 2 years in respiratory disease or related field
• Motivated self-starter eager to update knowledge
• Competency with Call Center Technology (preferred)
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, client applications, and databases
• Ability to join meetings without disruption
