Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time 36 hr/wk shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am, rotating weekends). The pay starts at $37.25 per hour base with a range up to $55.80, reflecting experience and October adjustments.

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.

• 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Full Time/Part Time: 36 hr/wk
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm - 7:30 am, rotating weekends
• Required Travel: no
