Job summary

Endeavor Health is currently reviewing its compensation structure and staffing needs in Evanston, IL. The Registered Nurse role is full-time with a 36-hour week and night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, including rotating weekends.

The hospital emphasizes patient-centered care and regulatory compliance within a Magnet-designated system. The position requires IL nursing licensure, a BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR certification, with at least 1 year of experience.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

• Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36 hr/wk


• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends


• Required Travel: no

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department


• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care


• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice


• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care

• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

• Education: BSN degree preferred


• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required


• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required.


• Experience: 1 year experience required.
