Zusammenfassung

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care, uphold the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. The RN will provide physical and psychological support to patients and families, while supervising assigned staff under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

Anticipated hourly range is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Current clinical experience preferred.

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.
