Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is seeking an experienced RN to support patient care using the nursing process, with accountability for assigned patients and coordination with other departments.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, no contract, 23 beds, 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, and care for patients with cancer, blood disorders, and diabetes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
