Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ft Smith is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating with other departments. The role emphasizes accountability, evaluation of care, and alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree and an RN license (state or compact) with BLS and ACLS certification within 90 days of hire. A sign-on bonus supports full-time onboarding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
