Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will maintain accountability for assigned patients and coordinate care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains accountability for assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care in collaboration with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications
