Job summary

Nest & Care in Bethesda, MD is seeking an RN trainer to lead caregiver onboarding and ongoing education. You will mentor caregivers, model best practices, and ensure compliance with care standards in daily operations.

This role offers a meaningful, schedule-stable environment with in-person training every Tuesday, a supportive team, and opportunities to impact quality of care directly at the point of service.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers
• Provide hands‑on training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers

Schedule & Location:

• Every Tuesdays only
• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• In‑person at our Bethesda office

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership
• Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus
