Overview

$5,000 Sign On Bonus!

We are looking for a Registered Nurse – On Call to join our team.

Work 7 on 7 off! Work 2 weeks and have 2 weeks off/month and be paid for full-time!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient’s family after normal business hours on an on-call basis
• Manage an interdisciplinary team including Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care
• Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the development and implementation of the care plan
• Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs

Qualifications

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families
• Current RN license (in the state of employment or ability to obtain)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred
