Overview

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We are seeking a Registered Nurse – On Call to join our team.

Work 7 days on, 7 days off! Enjoy two weeks of work followed by two weeks off each month, with full-time pay!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to hospice patients and support to families after hours on an on-call basis
• Manage an interdisciplinary team including Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and support staff to ensure quality hospice care
• Assess patient and family needs, and assist in developing and implementing care plans
• Maintain all clinical records for assigned patients
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement programs

About You

• Compassionate, kind, and empathetic towards patients and families
• Current RN license (or ability to obtain in the requested state)
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or oncology preferred
