The Registered Nurse/Office – Primary Care RN provides appropriate, compassionate remote support and guidance to patients or caregivers, utilizing good clinical judgement and approved protocols. The position is responsible for identifying the nature and urgency of a patient’s needs and determining the appropriate plan of care. Also, the position conducts patient outreach, education or advice and provide clinic support to the primary care team.
