CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to support patients with daily living activities and personal care in accordance with each patient’s plan of care. Under RN supervision, you will assist with personal care, vital signs, and light administrative tasks in the Forest Grove/Hillsboro area.

The Hospice Aide is responsible for assisting with activities of daily living and providing personal care for patients in accordance with the individualized patient plan of care and under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This position may also assist with office/administrative needs.
NOTE: The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. The territory is Forest Grove/Hillsboro area. Estimated Hiring Range: $23.28 - $28.45 Bonus Target: Current CareOregon Employees.
