Job summary

Cape Senior Home HealthCare in Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our office team and supervise home health operations on Cape Cod. We value a family‑like care approach and dedicated supervision of field nurses, CNAs and HHAs.

The ideal candidate holds an MA RN license, has 1+ years RN experience, Home Health background, and the ability to use EMR systems. This full‑time role offers on‑site work with occasional home visits and opportunities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1+ years of experience as an RN.
• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
• Home Health experience required.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Current CPR Certification

We are looking for a RN Nurse Manager that is passionate about keeping care in the home and providing a family like care approach to our clients and their families.
