Job description

The Registered Nurse delivers professional nursing care to patients with needs ranging from uncomplicated to highly complex. They establish a helping relationship using a holistic approach. The RN ensures the quality and appropriateness of care for all age groups within the unit-specific patient population, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. They coordinate care planning with other disciplines.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – BSN or ASN
  2. CA RN License
  3. ACLS and BLS certification – must be completed through the American Heart Association
  4. NIHSS – Stroke Certification
  5. NRP Certification
  6. 1-year acute care experience
