Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Group in Skokie, IL. This full‑time role offers a weekday schedule from 7:30am to 5:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings and a remote option after six months of employment (2 days per month).

You will perform phone triage, review results, handle refills, authorizations, and education under supervision, while charting in Epic and coordinating care with physicians.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL.
• NLN accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in office or hospital; Women's Health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, review test results, manage medication refills and prior authorizations.
• Convey plans of care and patient education/teaching.
• Chart in Epic, the electronic medical record, and respond to patient messages.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $35.15 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Skokie, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Remote Opportunity: After 6 months of employment, able to work remote 2 days per month
• Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 730-1pm
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do

Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required. 2 years of Women's Healthcare experience preferred.
