Merrimack County Nursing Home is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The successful candidate will ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards as directed by the Director of Nursing Services and/or Unit Coordinator.
A drug screen and criminal background check will be required for all conditional hires. A NH RN license is required.

Our Nurses are expected to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the Merrimack County Nursing Home, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services and/or Unit Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
