Job summary

Merrimack County Nursing Home in New Hampshire seeks an LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care in a home-like setting.

The successful candidate will work under the Director of Nursing Services, adhere to federal and state guidelines, and participate in maintaining the highest standards of resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a four year high school course or equivalent, and graduation from a basic educational program in practical (vocational) nursing with diploma.
• One year of experience as a staff nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Licensed Nursing Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations governing the Merrimack County Nursing Home.

EDUCATION:
