Job summary

UCHealth Fountain is seeking a full-time RN to work nights in an onsite emergency department. This role requires an RN license, at least 6 months of RN experience, and completion of the Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course and Trauma Nursing Core Course.

You will participate in UCHealth's Night Shift Incentive Program and be eligible for the annual merit and performance bonuses, with comprehensive medical, dental and PTO benefits.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs.

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.

Freestanding Emergency Departments:

Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) settings offer an opportunity to provide urgent and emergent care outside of a hospital environment, including diagnostic and procedural care

Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
