Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for their Freestanding Emergency Department in Fountain, Colorado, to provide exceptional patient care. This is a full-time night shift position offering competitive wages based on experience, along with a Night Shift Incentive Program that pays up to $6,400 a year.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of nursing experience.

Job description

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Emergency Fountain, US:CO:Fountain

Department: Fountain Free Standing ED

Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Requirements

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs. Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
  • ACLS and either PALS or ENPC upon hire. TNCC and whichever of PALS or ENPC was not obtained at hire within 1 year of hire.

  • BLS – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Freestanding Emergency Departments
  • Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) settings offer an opportunity to provide urgent and emergent care outside of a hospital environment, including diagnostic and procedural care
  • Clinical Educators support and guide individualized specialty education and training for competency validation throughout clinical orientation.
